Drums, Channelizers, and Pallet Traffic Cones will be exclusively shipped through Fedex LTL
All residential addresses will be booked with lift gate
All business addresses will have the option to book with or without lift gate
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at 833-614-CONE (833-614-2663) or email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly, please call us at 833-614-CONE (833-614-2663) within 48 hours.
To make an exchange, return the product you purchased, and we will issue a refund. We will gladly help you order a new size/product.
