 Shipping Policy

  • Please allow 1-2 business days for processing prior to shipping
  • We ship all orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays)
  • All orders placed after 1pm CT will be processed on the following business day
  • Signature is not required for delivery
Shipping Rates
  • Fedex ground shipping rates will change at checkout based on cart weight and destination zip code.
  • Fedex expedited shipping rates will change at checkout based on cart weight and destination zip code.
Shipping Large Orders
  • Drums, Channelizers, and Pallet Traffic Cones will be exclusively shipped through Fedex LTL
  • All residential addresses will be booked with lift gate
  • All business addresses will have the option to book with or without lift gate
Return Policy
  • You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
  • To start a return, you can contact us at 833-614-CONE (833-614-2663) or info@theconezone.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly, please call us at 833-614-CONE (833-614-2663) within 48 hours.
  • To make an exchange, return the product you purchased, and we will issue a refund. We will gladly help you order a new size/product.
  • Please note: original shipping charge will NOT be refunded.
  • All orders cancelled or returned after shipment are subject 20% restocking fee.
  • No returns on gift cards will be accepted.
