They are less than perfect safety cones that you come to expect from us. I bought this cone as a 'boredom buster' for my young horse, who absolutely LOVED getting it. He is able to pick it up, flip it around, and interact with it in a way that keeps his mind occupied while he's in his stall. I tried to find the "defect", but couldn't -- it looks like a perfectly functional orange cone.
