Why are these safety cones considered outlet cones? We strive to sell only premium, perfect traffic cones. When a batch is made with slight flaws, such as minor indents, color, fading, air bubbles, or extra bottom drips, we call these cones “Cone Seconds” or Outlet Cones. They are less than perfect safety cones that you come to expect from us. These cones are great for projects around your home or fun craft projects that don’t require superior safety orange coloration or flawless cones. We have a great relationship with our manufacturer which allows us to sell these Outlet Cones to you!
These Outlet Cones are of limited quantities! No returns or exchanges are accepted on any Outlet Cone order. Due to their already discount sale pricing, no additional discount or promo code will be accepted towards their purchase.

Indentation (mold did not get covered evenly during flow)
Bubbles (air pockets during flow)
Ripped PVC (breaks when pulling off mold)

The cones were just what we needed. They were heavy and in great shape for our needs. Such an excellent value. Would purchase again.
Very happy. Just what I was looking for. Fast shipping.
That's great news! Enjoy!
Shipped promptly and secure. Nice quality. The slight flaws as described do not affect service.
Great photo! Thanks for sharing!
I bought this cone as a 'boredom buster' for my young horse, who absolutely LOVED getting it. He is able to pick it up, flip it around, and interact with it in a way that keeps his mind occupied while he's in his stall. I tried to find the "defect", but couldn't -- it looks like a perfectly functional orange cone.
Couldn't be happier, and others at the barn are interested, too!
Thank you for the kind words! We're so glad you and your horse are enjoying the cone!
